To upgrade to BSA Pro, go to the
seaBILL Online
Store and order the program you want with the options you want. Please
note in the 'Comments' section of the Order Form that you are a registered user
and give us the registered user firm name. If your
firm is a registered user of BSA or BSA98, you will receive a special $100 price
discount when your order is processed. Your discount will be reflected in your
Order Confirmation email. If we are not able to locate your firm as a registered
user, we'll notify you BEFORE we process your order.
QUICKEN/QuickBooks LINK -
You can also add the new QUICKEN and
QuickBooks Links when you upgrade to BSA Pro for only $59.95. This is a $20
savings for on line orders.
DATA CORRUPTION -
If you have CORRUPT DATABASE, you should have a back up system that allows you to recover gracefully. If you don't, you will have to delete your old BSA program, re install it and re enter your clients, matters and beginning balances. You will lose your old billing data but at least you can get started again.
Obviously, it is far better to have an adequate back up program in place. If you have a corrupt database, it may be possible for an expert to repair it. While it is never a sure thing, it is possible.
With this in mind, we offer a Data Recovery Service that MAY be able to recover your data. The normal fee for this service is a minimum of $300. However, we have obtained a special rate for BSA users of only $200 Flat Fee. And, the charge is only assessed if the database is repaired and the data is substantially intact!
